The Participants understand that the Pierce-Arrow Foundation and the Pierce-Arrow Society, its Chapters and Regions, including their officers,directors, employees and volunteers (”Released Parties”) shall not be liable for injury to me or damage to my property which might occur during my participation in this event. The Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all acts and/or omissions, including negligence, occurring during the performance of their duties, such as sponsoring, planning or conducting this event which results in injury, death or loss to me or my property. Such losses include all damages and legal expenses, including attorney’s fees.
